Lockerbie Tornadoes 1 vs North Lanarkshire Titans 1

NL Titans, had already rearranged this fixture and wanted to rearrange again less than 5 days before fixture.  Lockerbie had lack of let availability to do this and did not agree to reschedule the game.  NL Titans could not provide a team for the arranged fixture and defaulted the game because of this.
